At Kaenchi, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products in original condition with tags intact. Customised and final sale items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Simply browse our collection at www.kaenchi.store, select your desired products, choose the size and quantity, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout by providing your delivery address and payment details. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successfully placed.

Yes, exchanges for a different size or colour are allowed, subject to product availability. Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will dispatch the replacement.
